Rates are subject to change and may be flexible depending on length and terms of the lease.  For leases 3 months or longer, a deposit of one months rent is required as well as at least one months notice if checking out earlier than scheduled.  For leases 3 months or less, a deposit of 25% of the total booking is required and the balance will then be due upon check in.  In the event of cancellation the deposit, less a $25 fee, will be refunded if the guesthouse is rebooked.   Two night minimum stay required.  Most units tend to book on a monthly basis, so while weekend and weekly reservations are accepted, the reservation will generally not be confirmed until two weeks prior to the date of arrival.   Guests are expected to sign a lease upon arrival and leave the apartments in the same condition as they were found.  Cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit if necessary.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
